The hotel offers a basic experience with strong chemical odors near the pools and in the suite we stayed. Despite this, the family holiday was made special by the attentive service received. The pools are well-maintained, although the hotel can be hard to find. The dining experience is above standard but only during breakfast, offering a nice selection of freshly grilled meat.
I stayed in block one at this resort, and it's definitely worth the extra cost for the prime location. The rooms, while clean and pleasant, felt a bit dark and dated. The service was exceptional with polite staff, especially at the pool bar. The location, though smaller than other hotels, was relaxing and convenient for shopping and dining. The dining experience offered traditional Spanish dishes that were a treat. Overall, a good choice for families seeking a relaxing vacation.
The hotel is located on Majorca, nestled in beautiful gardens with low-level accommodation blocks. Despite occasional noise from children, the peaceful atmosphere and soothing fountain sounds make for a relaxing stay. The indoor-outdoor pool provides a refreshing swim experience, and the waiting staff excel in service.
